RolePurpose

TheHRRecruiter will haveto manageend-to-endtechnical recruitment for engineering and industrial automation roles, ensuringtimelyand quality hiring.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with HODs and Managers to understandtechnical skill requirements, project demands, and experience expectations.
  • Create and publish job postings on Naukri, LinkedIn,Indeed, and other job portals.
  • Proactively source candidates using Naukri database search, LinkedIn search, Boolean search techniques, and internal database.
  • Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidateexpertiseand collect data.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuretimelyfeedback collection, andmaintaineffective communication between stakeholders and candidates.
  • Update candidate records inERPsystem andmaintainstructuredtalent database.
  • Ensure hiring is completed within defined timelines (TAT) whilemaintainingquality of hire.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding process

  • Experience Required

    • 23 yearsof recruitment experience
    • At least12 yearsin engineering/technical hiring

    Qualification


    • MBA / PGDM in HR
    • Bachelors Degree (Engineering exposure preferred but not mandatory)

    SkillsRequired


    • Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
    • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
    • Good tohave basic understanding ofPLC / SCADA / Automation concepts
    • Experience in automation/manufacturing/EPC industry preferred
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization
