Job Description
- Understand job requirements and create clear job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with department heads to anticipate and fulfill workforce needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience hiring for IT, healthcare, retail.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
