Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Non-IT roles (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Admin, etc.).
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction programs, and joining formalities.
