Position- HR Project Management

Experience - 7y to 12y

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional and international HR projects from concept to implementation.
• Develop project plans, define milestones, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
• Support the development and implementation of global HR initiatives.
• Act as a central interface between global HR teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Prepare analyses, reportings, presentations, and decision papers for senior management.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement within HR.
• Manage administrative and organizational tasks with the CHRO.
• Coordinate and prepare meetings, workshops and also travel arrangements including expense reporting.

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, HR, Business Management, or a comparable field.
• Strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Initial experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable role is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in an international environment.
• Discretion, reliability, and a structured, process-oriented way of working.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced situations .
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
