Position Title:HR Placement Executive

The HR Placements Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and placement process. This includes sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The role aims to deliver successful long-term placements for both the Institute and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment:Develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, and manage the hiring process.
• Client Liaison:Understand client needs, build relationships, and advise on market trends and salary benchmarks.
• Interview Coordination:Schedule and prepare candidates for interviews, and provide feedback.
• Candidate Management:Maintain communication, negotiate offers, and advise on career development.
• Placement & Onboarding:Manage job offers, contracts, and onboarding for smooth transitions.
• Market Research & Networking:Stay updated on industry trends and network to build a candidate pool.
• Reporting & Documentation:Track recruitment metrics and provide regular progress reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
• Experience:Fresher to 5 years in HR or recruitment, with a strong track record of placements.
• Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
