We are looking for a talented HR Payroll Analyst to join our team specializing in Human Resource for our CORPORATE ORGANIZATION in Pune MH.


We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to take full ownership of payroll processing for our India entity, while also supporting payroll administration for selected APAC countries. This role combines end-to-end responsibility for India payroll with broader exposure to regional payroll operations, offering a mix of hands-on delivery and cross-country collaboration. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Indian payroll legislation, compliance, and vendor management, as well as a proactive mindset to support process improvements.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Competencies: -

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll process for India, ensuring compliance with local legislation, social security, and tax requirements.
  • Liaise with external payroll providers, HR, and Finance teams to validate payroll inputs and outputs.
  • Prepare and review statutory filings (PF, PT, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.) and ensure timely submission.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Act as the main point of contact for India payroll queries and audits.
  • Support administrative payroll tasks for APAC countries (e.g., data collection, validation, vendor coordination).
  • Assist with global payroll projects, system improvements, and standardization initiatives.


To be successful in this role you will need the following

  • Experience managing payroll vendors and statutory filings in India.
  • Exposure to APAC payroll operations is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.


Education and Experience:

  • 46 years of payroll experience with strong focus on India payroll compliance.
  • Fluent in English; strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of India payroll and compliance.
  • Ability to take full ownership and deliver with accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
  • Flexibility to support regional/global payroll needs.
