Position: HR Operations Specialist

What you will do

Responsible for TA OPS and WFA Tier 2 functions, performing specialty administrative and transaction processing activities to support employees, managers, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Vendors, and CoEs across the Enterprise in HR Core processes and related services, including efforts to:

  • Provide specific assistance and processing WFA Processes, New Hires, Terminations, Employment Changes, Employment Verification, BGV activities, Pre-Hire Due Diligence, Prepare Extend Job Offer, Candidate Document Collection etc. including follow up with mangers and HRBPs to clarify information, obtain approvals or request corrections.

  • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships for applications owned by Human Resources Shared Service Center (HRSSC).

  • Troubleshooting & handholding day to day new joiners documentation, need to have a strong resolution ability with vendors and Stakeholders.

  • Support TA team to leverage smooth onboarding for all new hires.

  • Be a subject matter expert and support internal and external audits

  • Support stakeholder requirement on requisitions/verification/new hire documentation update

  • Monitor vendor performance, engagement & feedbacks.

  • Conduct periodic quality checks to ensure standards are conserved

  • Support execution of vendor agreements and billing process.

  • Data Management & Administration, maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensure all background verification processes comply with company policies and local regulations.

  • Adherence to standard operating procedures and ensure effective security measures are in place.

  • Identify and timely highlight red flags to business & stakeholders with a solutioning approach.

  • Become a systems expert and provide support to our TA and People teams.

  • Proficient Workday and an ATS is desirable

Skills & Experience

• Processes workday administration such New Hires, Terminations, Employment Changes, Employment Verification, Employee Movements (Promotions, Demotions, Transfers - local, BU to BU, country to country, expat assignments) etc. including follow up with mangers and HRBPs to clarify information, obtain approvals or request corrections.

• Provide transactional support of handling job requisitions such as bulk creation, validation and approval using various business rules.

• Process the transactions accomplishing KPIs defined per processes and according to the Case Management Framework and the SOX Matrix.

• Audits of data entry accuracy done by HR Ops team members

• Well versed with data protection principles, knows how to process confidential and sensitive employee information.

• Attention to detail – be able to accurately process transaction.

• Solid understanding of Workday and HR ServiceNow.

• Articulate work instructions and write standard operating procedure (SOPs). Support other team members and new joiners.

• Participate in regional and global projects to support regional HR initiatives.

Ensure that the operational unit works to support our quality, information security policy and all aspects of our Integrated Management System.

Identify opportunities for improvement and help develop impactful and measurable action plan to address.
