Key Responsibilities


Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee records management, and exit formalities.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding processes including documentation, system access, and induction.
  • Handle exit formalities, clearance processes, and final documentation.

HR Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain employee files, HR policies, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support audits related to HR documentation and compliance.

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Update and maintain employee data in HRIS systems.
  • Generate HR reports such as headcount, attrition, and employee data reports.

Employee Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries related to policies, leave, benefits, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other internal teams.

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and team activities.
  • Coordinate team engagement programs and HR initiatives.
  • Track and manage new joiner feedback through 30/60/90-day reviews to improve onboarding experience.

HR Process Improvement

  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives in HR operations.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.


Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
  • Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, etc.)
  • Good understanding of HR documentation and compliance
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting.
