HR Operations Specialist

What Youll Do:

• Drive HR operations endtoend: recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management.
• Lead process improvements, streamline workflows, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Oversee administration: vendor management, facilities, procurement, and workplace safety.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and data privacy protocols.
• Manage benefits and compensation cycles, liaising with brokers and carriers.
• Support employee relations with documentation, performance management, and leave administration.

What Were Looking For:

• 8-10 Years of experience
• Strong HR operations background with handson HRIS expertise.
• Detailoriented, compliancedriven, and passionate about process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across teams.
• 5 days work from office
