Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Operations role based in Noida. The HR Operations will manage a variety of HR activities including the implementation and monitoring of HR policies, overseeing employee relations, assisting in HR management processes, and supporting the efficient operation of the HR department. Responsibilities also include providing guidance on HR best practices and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management:Handling end-to-end processes from onboarding new hires to offboarding exiting employees.
  • Data & Systems Administration:Maintaining accurate records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), managing employee databases, and generating reports.
  • Payroll & Benefits Support:Overseeing payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with statutory deductions.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation:Ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Process Optimization:Improving HR workflows, implementing digital tools, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Employee Relations:Resolving employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and payroll


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Operations and Human Resources (HR) best practices
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Ability to handle HR Management tasks, including ensuring compliance and improving HR workflows
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to address employee concerns effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in HR roles within a corporate or SMB environment is a plus
  • Microsoft Excel
