Job Description
Job Title: HR Operations Head
Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh
Experience Required: 510 years
Work Mode: On-site (6 days working)
Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR operational functions including onboarding, payroll, attendance, compliance, and HRMS management.
- Streamline and implement HR policies, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across the organization..
- Ensure smooth handling of joining formalities, employee data management, transfers, confirmations, and separations.
- Supervise employee file maintenance, HR documentation, and record-keeping.
- Manage full & final settlements and exit interviews.
- Supervise monthly payroll processing and coordinate with Finance for timely disbursement.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.).
- Keep updated with changes in labor laws and ensure company compliance.
- Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communication templates.
- Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and compliance-related audits.
- Support leadership in HR audits, manpower reporting, and organizational restructuring initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA / Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 510 years of progressive experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of payroll, compliance, and HRMS systems.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
