Job Role:- HR Operations
Location :- Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience :- 2-6 years
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented HR Operations professional to manage core people processes across payroll, benefits operations, onboarding, and employee support.
This role will also help strengthen employee listening and well-being by driving pulse checks, candidate engagement surveys, benefits feedback, and supporting the well-being charter. The ideal person is organized, responsive, employee-centric, and comfortable using HR tools.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end payroll inputs, validation, coordination, and closure with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, vendor coordination, and employee queries.
- Ensure employee records, documentation, and HR operations trackers are accurate and up to date.
- Partner with finance, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of people operations.
Onboarding and Employee Support
- Manage onboarding operations to ensure a smooth and positive new joiner experience.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, systems access, and onboarding communication.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, benefits, policies, and HR operations.
- Ensure employee questions are resolved in a timely, clear, and supportive manner.
Employee Listening and Feedback
- Run candidate engagement surveys and help synthesize insights for improvement.
- Drive pulse check-ins and feedback mechanisms across key employee moments. Example Day 1, Day 90 survey. Gather and track feedback on benefits and employee experience initiatives.
- Drive engagement initiatives
Well-being Charter
- Work with insurance partner to support rollout and ongoing execution of the companys well-being charter.
- Coordinate well-being initiatives, communication, and feedback collection.
What We Are Looking For
- Prior startup experience, particularly in organizations with 100+ employees where operational scale and process maturity were critical, will be a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and high process discipline
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Employee-first approach with strong responsiveness and empathy
- Ability to manage confidential information with maturity and care
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Good coordination and communication skills across employees, vendors, and internal teams
- Prior experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits, onboarding, or employee services is preferred
- Exposure to HR MIS, including maintaining people data, generating reports, tracking key HR metrics, and supporting decision-making through dashboards and insights, will be an advantage.
