HR & Operations Coordinator[Night-Shift]

**Location:** Ahmedabad (On-site)

**Shift:** Night Shift

**Experience Required:** Minimum 2 Years

**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive who will not only manage HR functions but also support and monitor day-to-day operational activities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between departments, proper task assignment, and completion tracking while maintaining HR responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**HR Responsibilities:**

* Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

* Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.

* Handle employee engagement, attendance monitoring, and basic HR compliance.

* Address employee queries and maintain a positive workplace environment.

* Assist management in HR policies and workforce planning.

**Operations & Coordination Responsibilities:**

* Monitor overall department activities during the shift.

* Coordinate with team leads to ensure proper task allocation to team members.

* Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

* Observe workflow efficiency and report delays or issues to management.

* Maintain daily operational reports and updates.

* Ensure smooth communication between departments during the shift.

* Support management in improving operational processes.

**Required Skills:**

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Good organizational and multitasking abilities

* Basic understanding of HR processes and operational workflows

* Ability to monitor tasks and ensure accountability

* Problem-solving and reporting skills

* Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
