Job Description
Role: HR Operations
Experience Preferred: 2-4 Years
Location: Pune
Job Description:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit formalities)
- Handle HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation and induction
- Process monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team/vendor
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee queries
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
- Handle employee benefits administration and insurance coordination
- Support performance management and appraisal cycle documentation
- Manage exit formalities including F&F settlement coordination
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
- Assist in HR audits and compliance documentation
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR operations and labor law compliance
- Experience in payroll coordination and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
