Job Description

Role: HR Operations

Experience Preferred: 2-4 Years

Location: Pune


Job Description:


  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit formalities)
  • Handle HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation and induction
  • Process monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team/vendor
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee queries
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Handle employee benefits administration and insurance coordination
  • Support performance management and appraisal cycle documentation
  • Manage exit formalities including F&F settlement coordination
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
  • Assist in HR audits and compliance documentation


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and labor law compliance
  • Experience in payroll coordination and statutory compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
