Job Description

Role Summary

The HR MIS Analyst will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting HR data to support strategic and operational decision-making. This role requires strong expertise in advanced Excel, HR metrics, and data governance, along with the ability to work closely with HR leadership, COEs, and business stakeholders.

The incumbent will ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, dashboard creation, and actionable insights across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

HR MIS & Reporting

  • Design, maintain, and enhance HR MIS reports and dashboards
  • Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) for leadership and HR stakeholders
  • Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and risks related to workforce metrics
  • Provide data-driven insights to support HR planning, manpower forecasting, and productivity analysis
  • Support audits, compliance reporting, and internal reviews through accurate HR data
  • Maintain data integrity across HR systems and Excel trackers

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR Operations, Payroll, COEs, and HRBPs to understand reporting requirements
  • Support leadership presentations with accurate data visualizations and summaries

Act as a single point of contact for HR data queries and ad-hoc analysis


Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel expertise (mandatory)
  • Exposure to Power BI / Tableau / other BI tools is an added advantage

Functional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to handle large datasets and tight reporting timelines

Behavioral Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of confidentiality and data sensitivity


Educational Qualification

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field
