Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, develop and implement human resource policies, and manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment. Additional responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations, organizing training programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and serving as a key point of contact for employee queries. The HR Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

• Recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition experience to efficiently grow the team's capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Experience in performance evaluations, skill development, and training program design.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with teams, and adapt to dynamic environments.
• While not mandatory, experience in the retail or convenience store industry is advantageous.
