VisiLean is a Finland-based SaaS company operating across India, the UK, and Europe. Our team of around 80 professionals works across HR, Admin, Accounts, Product Development, Engineering, Testing, Support, Marketing, and Sales.
While support, sales, and delivery teams form the core of the organization, our enabling teams operate lean and play a critical role in driving organizational performance.
We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager based in Ahmedabad who can independently own the HR function and build strong frameworks for performance management, incentives, and employee growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, driving accountability, and motivating teams through ownership and career development, rather than only managing policies.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for a multi-function organization of 7085 employees
- Partner closely with founders and department leaders across the organization
- Drive clarity in roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations
- Own payroll processing, attendance management, leave tracking, and statutory compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll closure every month
- Manage compensation updates, HR documentation, and internal controls
- Manage workforce planning and hiring priorities across departments
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for hiring execution
- Support recruitment mainly for sales, support, and delivery teams
- Design and implement performance-linked incentive frameworks
- Define KPIs, accountability structures, and outcome-based performance reviews
- Manage appraisal cycles, feedback processes, and performance improvement plans
- Build clear career progression paths and role development frameworks
- Support managers with career discussions and employee development planning
- Identify training needs and facilitate focused learning initiatives
- Monitor attendance, availability, and productivity of remote employees
- Implement discipline, processes, and accountability frameworks for remote and hybrid teams
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit processes
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, HR policies, and audit/ISO requirements
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- 7+ years of HR experience with independent ownership of HR operations
- Proven experience designing performance and incentive frameworks
- Strong understanding of employee motivation, accountability, and ownership culture
- Experience working with sales, support, and technical teams
- Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
- Highly organized, structured, and execution-focused
- Comfortable building HR systems and processes in growing organizations
