Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function with a strong focus on IT recruitment and team management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, team handling, performance monitoring, and HR operations.

The role requires someone who can drive hiring strategies, manage a recruitment team, and ensure timely fulfillment of IT hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team.
  • Set performance targets and track recruiter KPIs.
  • Conduct regular review meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure team productivity and hiring efficiency.

IT Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to offer closure).
  • Handle bulk and lateral hiring requirements.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical rounds.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for various IT skill sets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and hiring managers.

HR Operations:

  • Oversee onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Maintain HR documentation and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and best practices.
  • Monitor employee engagement and retention strategies.

Reporting & Strategy:

  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
  • Develop hiring strategies to reduce time-to-fill.
  • Work closely with management to forecast manpower planning.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and quality benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR with strong exposure to IT recruitment.
  • Proven experience in handling and leading recruitment teams.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and offer-closure skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in staffing/recruitment firms.
  • Exposure to bulk hiring and client coordination.
  • Knowledge of ATS/CRM tools.
