Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore Urban for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and talent development. Responsibilities also include implementing HR policies, managing employee onboarding processes, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with the organization's goals while addressing employee concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations
- Strong skills in Policy Implementation, Compliance Management, and HR Operations
- Ability to manage Employee Engagement, Training, and Performance Management initiatives
- Proficiency in HR Software and tools, along with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a managerial HR role is highly advantageous
