Ray Business Technologies is looking for a seasoned HR Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and strengthen all human resources functions. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on execution to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee exits
Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership and business heads
Design, implement, and enhance HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks
Oversee workforce planning, hiring strategy, and vendor management
Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives
Handle complex employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and audits
Lead performance management cycles, L&D initiatives, succession planning
Manage compensation planning, benefits administration, and HR budgeting
Maintain HRMIS, dashboards, and leadership reports

Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with exposure to leadership roles
Strong expertise in Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Experience in IT / Technology / Staffing industry preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization
