The Role: Human Resources (HR)
This isnt a traditional, desk-only HR role. Youll be handling real people, real issues, and real responsibilities in a fast-moving work environment.
Youll work closely with founders and managers to manage hiring, team coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. From recruitment to employee queries, youll play a key role in keeping the team organised, supported, and running smoothly.
We want someone dependable, clear in communication, and comfortable handling people and processes together.
What Youll Be Doing
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Handle onboarding and exit formalities
Be the point of contact for employee queries and internal communication
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Track attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
Support performance reviews and feedback processes
Help implement HR policies and internal processes
Coordinate with managers to ensure smooth team operations
What Were Looking For
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Good communication skills written and verbal
Prior experience or strong interest in HR and people management
Comfortable handling sensitive information responsibly
Able to manage fast turnarounds and daily follow-ups
Comfortable working in a small, growing team setup
Experience in agencies, startups, or creative environments is a plus
