Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager based in Guntur. The HR Manager will oversee and manage the hospital's human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee performance, handling compliance with labor laws, and maintaining a positive workplace environment. The role also involves regular communication with leadership and employees to address organizational needs and concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and processes
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Exceptional organisational , interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage and resolve workplace conflicts effectively
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Experience with HMS software and systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Prior experience in healthcare or hospital management is desirable
