Role Level : Managerial (HR Leadership)
Location : BKC, Bandra, Mumbai
Work Days : Monday Friday (5 days)
Office Timings : 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Salary Range : 20 22.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities :
HR strategy & leadership for the organization
Talent acquisition, employee lifecycle & performance management
Employee relations, engagement & policy implementation
HR operations, MIS, compliance & process improvement
Managing and mentoring the HR support team
