Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all core HR functions, including performance management , employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Rippling as an HRIS and will play a key role in building a high-performance, people-centric organization.


Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Performance Management (Core Responsibility)
  • Design, implement, and manage the performance management framework
  • Drive goal setting, OKRs/KPIs, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles
  • Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and improvement plans
  • Support managers with feedback, coaching, and performance development initiatives
2. HR Operations
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations using Rippling (employee records, onboarding, workflows, reporting)
  • Ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and system optimization
  • Generate HR metrics and dashboards for leadership decision-making
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Oversee onboarding, engagement, retention, and exit processes
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling
4. Policy, Compliance & Governance
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal standards
  • Support audits and HR documentation processes
5. Talent & Leadership Support
  • Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and succession planning
  • Support learning, development, and career growth initiatives
  • Coach managers on people management best practices


Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or HR generalist roles
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Rippling (Payroll / Performance / Workflows)
  • Strong experience in performance management systems and appraisal cycles
  • Excellent knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance
  • Experience in IT services, technology, or agency environments preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
