Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager based in Raipur. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities will also involve developing policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, leading employee engagement programs, and collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

Experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Skills in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Employment Laws
Proficiency in Performance Management and Organizational Development
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership Skills
Ability to manage and nurture employee engagement programs
Experience with HR software tools and systems is a plus
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
