Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile HR Executive to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will act as a central pillar for our people function, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, supporting talent acquisition, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be instrumental in fostering a professional work environment that aligns with our global standards and high-growth objectives.


What You Will Do

  • Assist in the sourcing, screening and scheduling of interviews for technical and non-technical roles as part of the growth of our Global Teams.
  • Lead the transition process for new employees, ensuring all operational milestones are met from offer acceptance through to functional readiness.
  • Directly handle core activities including payroll processing, IT asset coordination (laptops/logins), and general office administration.
  • Maintain all employment-related documents and HRMS records.
  • Be a reliable point of contact for employees in terms of responding to their inquiries and developing internal programs that positively impact the culture and morale of the workplace.
  • Implement HR Policies and SOPs effectively, communicating such to all staff, and ensuring compliance with applicable local Labour Laws and Corporate Governance requirements.


What We Are Looking For

  • Generalist HR experience of between 4 and 8 years, ideally within the Technology or Professional Services industries.
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to find solutions proactively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as HRMS systems experience.


Good to Have

  • Experience in a Fintech, Banking, or SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with the GreytHR HRMS platform.
  • Experience coordinating with global stakeholders or managing distributed teams.
  • Strong presentation skills for conducting orientation sessions or internal meetings.
