Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager at RBD Sarovar Portico Hotel Bengaluru. The responsibilities include overseeing and managing HR operations and programs, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The role involves handling recruitment, training, employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and conducting regular audits of HR processes. The HR Manager/Assistant HR Manager will also work closely with leadership to support organizational goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, employee relations, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in developing and implementing training programs and employee engagement activities
• Thorough understanding of employment laws and compliance standards

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
