Vyn (pronounced win) is a new-age fintech venture building a world-class platform for international wealth investing. We are backed by a seed capital of $4M and led by Rakesh Bhunatar, a fintech entrepreneur bringing deep global and financial expertise to the table. We are a part of $1B US technology group, a headquartered in Silicon Valley, California.


We are looking for an HR Lead Talent & People to join our founding team and build Vyns people foundation from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who can drive high-quality hiring especially in technology while establishing strong HR processes to support a fast-scaling fintech company.


You will work closely with the founders to build a world-class team and shape the organizations culture, hiring standards, and people practices from an early stage.


This role is based in GIFT City, Ahmedabad Indias fast-growing international financial hub. We are building for the world from Indias most promising global fintech destination.


Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive end-to-end hiring across functions, with a strong focus on engineering and product roles.
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategy and talent priorities.
  • Build strong sourcing pipelines through networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Ensure high hiring standards and strong candidate evaluation processes.
  • Design and streamline recruitment processes for speed and quality.
  • Build Vyns employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
  • Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Establish and manage core HR processes including onboarding, policies, and employee records.
  • Support employee engagement and performance processes as the organization grows.
  • Act as a trusted people partner to founders and team members.


Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of HR experience with strong expertise in technology hiring.
  • Proven experience hiring engineers and product teams in a startup or technology environment.
  • Strong sourcing capability and ability to attract high-quality talent.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on mindset with high ownership and execution focus.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
