Were looking for an HR Lead who will be working closely with HR Manager and is passionate about building strong people practices across the employee lifecycle. This role goes beyond hiring and focuses on staffing, benefits, learning & development, and culture , while partnering closely with leaders to create a positive and scalable workplace. If you enjoy balancing hands-on execution with strategic people initiatives, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Staffing & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end staffing for business-critical roles in partnership with hiring managers
- Support workforce planning, role scoping, and timely closure of open positions
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
HR Operations & Benefits
- Own employee benefits administration including insurance, leaves, reimbursements, and HR policies
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to benefits, policies, and HR processes
- Ensure accurate employee records, documentation, and compliance with HR processes
Learning, Development & Performance
- Support learning and development initiatives including onboarding, training programs, and skill development
- Partner with managers on performance management processes and employee growth plans
- Identify capability gaps and help drive people development initiatives
Employee Experience & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and culture-building activities
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and overall employee lifecycle programs
- Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace
Reporting & Metrics
- Track and report key HR metrics such as staffing timelines, attrition, engagement indicators, and learning participation
- Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements to people practices
Requirement:
- 4-5+years of experience in recruitment, with hands on to employee engagement initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and reporting metrics and good with analytics
- Experience in IT / services / startup environments is a plus
