Job Role: We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head / Senior HR to build, lead, and strengthen our people function. This role will be responsible for shaping HR systems, culture, recruitment and processes while supporting a fast-growing, high-performance healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute HR strategy aligned with business growth plans
• Build scalable HR systems and policies for a growing organization
• Drive workforce planning and org structure optimization
• Partner with leadership on talent and succession planning
• Create frameworks for performance management and career progression
• Establish performance review frameworks and goal-setting processes
• Drive a culture of accountability, empathy, and excellence
• Support managers in people management and feedback conversations
• Lead employee engagement initiatives
• Resolve employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
• Oversee payroll, contracts, attendance, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations
• Create and maintain HR documentation and SOPs

Requirements

• 10- 12 years of HR experience in IVF or healthcare industry
• Experience scaling teams in a fast-growing organization
• Strategic thinker with operational execution ability
• Passion for making a positive impact in the womens health space is a plus.
