The Role

You'llown real hiring pipelinesbysourcing, screening, and closing candidates for tech, sales, and ops roles from Day 1. If you want startup hustle, real metrics, and a shot at a full-time offer, this is it.

What You'll Own

• Source and headhunt candidates daily via LinkedIn, Naukri,Internshala, and referral networks
• Run Boolean searches, cold outreach campaigns, and build talent funnels thatactually convert
• Screen resumes and conduct phone screens using structured scorecards
• Coordinate interviews end-to-end across hiring managers and chase feedback relentlessly
• Track everything: ATS (Zoho Recruit), Google Sheets, weekly dashboards on source-of-hire, time-to-interview, and offer acceptance

You'rethe Right Fit If You

• Can write LinkedIn messages peopleactually replyto
• Are comfortable calling strangers and hitting weekly quotas
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English
• Hold a degree in BBA, MBA, BCom, BA, or any relevant field
• Have your own laptop and can joinimmediately
