HR Intern

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Intern, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Recruiting Intern will support the talent acquisition process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with employee onboarding. Daily tasks will include managing candidate communication, assessing candidate qualifications, and collaborating with team members on recruitment strategies. The intern will also help with training initiatives and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

• Skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with Training processes and onboarding
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
