Role Description
This is a on-site role in Pune for an HR Intern - Recruitment. The HR Intern will assist in recruitment processes, manage job postings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment records. Additional responsibilities include supporting HR projects, assisting in employee onboarding processes, and ensuring adherence to company HR policies. The intern will work under the guidance of the HR team to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resource functions.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Familiarity with various Naukri Portals and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in commonly used office software and HR tools
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and candidates
- Holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
