HR Intern (Paid)– Recruitment (For 2024/2025 HR Graduates)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Its a great opportunity to gain exposure to HR best practices in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Class of 2025)
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates and feedback
• Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation as needed
• Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.
