Job Description
Job Title: Learning & Development Intern
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Intern to support our L&D initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people development, learning strategy, and organizational growth. The intern will gain hands-on experience in coordinating, and evaluating learning programs while working closely with the L&D team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end coordination of training programs (virtual and in-person)
- Manage training calendars, communication, and participant tracking
- Support data collection, feedback analysis, and impact reporting
- Help in maintaining learning records
- Assist in research for new learning trends, tools, and best practices
- Coordinate with stakeholders and trainers for smooth program execution
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in Learning & Development and talent development
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge in Canva designing
