Role: HR Intern cum Management Trainee

About the Program: We are looking for aspiring HR professionals to join our dynamic team at SRV Media. This program is designed to groom fresh talent into competent HR professionals through a structured learning path. You will begin your journey as an Intern to gain hands-on experience with our culture and processes before transitioning into a full-time Management Trainee role.

Program Structure & Compensation

Phase 1 (Internship):

o Duration: 3 Months

o Stipend: 10,000 per month

o Focus: Learning HR operations, recruitment basics, and organizational culture.

Phase 2 (Full-Time Employment):

o Role: Management Trainee HR

o Eligibility: Subject to successful completion of the internship and performance review.

o Annual CTC: 4,00,000 (4 LPA)

Service Agreement: To ensure a consistent learning curve and meaningful contribution, selected candidates are required to commit to a tenure of at least 1 year with the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners and manage documentation.

Support the HR team in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.

Maintain accurate employee data and assist in day-to-day HR operations.

Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to organize training sessions.

Address employee queries promptly to ensure a positive employee experience.

Who We Are Looking For

MBA/PGDM students with a specialization in Human Resources (2025-26 Batch).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude toward learning.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
