Role Description

This is a 2-Month Internship where you will work closely with the leadership, training, and tech teams to support hiring, campus coordination, and HR operations.

Duration: 2 Months

Mode: Remote / Hybrid (Based on Requirement)

PPO: Pre-Placement Offer based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in technical trainer & internal hiring processes
• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn and job portals
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Support onboarding and documentation
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records
• Assist in employer branding & LinkedIn hiring campaigns
• Coordinate with campus training teams when required

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive mindset with ownership attitude
• Interest in startups and EdTech ecosystem
• MBA (HR) / BTech / Relevant background preferred
