HR Generalist Intern

Company Description

Swish Club is building a new AI Native Vertical SaaS Platform called SwishX (currently in stealth) that is quietly transforming how enterprises from one specific industry understand, engage, and grow their business.

Role Description

This is a full time, 6 month on-site internship for an HR Generalist Intern based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting core human resource functions, assisting in the implementation of HR policies and processes, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. This internship offers hands-on exposure to organizational HR operations and provides valuable experience in contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assistwith documentation, record management, and process tracking
• Help prepare, track, andmaintainexpense reports
• Support HR activities including onboarding coordination, employee documentation, and internal communication
• Assistin organizing company records andmaintainingoverall workplace efficiency
• Provide structured support to leadership and team members asrequired.
• Support daily administrative operations and office coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, service providers, consultants) for smooth operational functioning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Interest in or prior exposure to HR and administrative functions, preferably within a startup environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a team, take ownership, and manage time effectively
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Previousinternship or relevant experience will be an added advantage
