HR Generalist & Finance

About the role:

To support our rapid business expansion, we are seeking versatile professionals to join our People and Finance functions. We are looking for "Generalists" who can navigate the complexities of a high-growth environment. Your main duties in flying with us:

• Operational Excellence: Manage end-to-end processes within your domain, ensuring high efficiency and adherence to high professional standards.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to align departmental goals with technical and operational reality.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between internal teams and leadership, ensuring clear communication and shared organizational goals.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows and operational processes to increase organizational velocity and efficiency.
• Leadership & Mentorship (Senior+): Coach team members, drive high-level strategic decisions, and foster a culture of excellence and ownership

• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in Human Resources or Corporate Finance with a solid grasp of fundamental principles in your respective field.
• Business Acumen: A strong grasp of business mechanics and the ability to translate departmental metrics into actionable business insights.
• Problem Solving: A structured approach to solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Market Expertise: Experience navigating the Indonesian market ecosystem, including a strong understanding of local business culture and regulatory landscapes.
• Relevant Industry Experience: A proven track record within the e-commerce sector.
• Work Mode Flexibility: Ability to adapt to Remote (WFH), Hybrid, or In-Office (WFO) working models as business needs evolve
