Job Title: HR Field Recruiter

Location: Mudaliarpet, Puducherry

Salary: Upto 25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Field Recruiter with 12 years of relevant experience to support our on-ground hiring efforts. The ideal candidate should be fluent in the local language and possess a strong local network to source and close candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end field recruitment for assigned roles
• Source candidates through local networks, referrals, and on-ground hiring activities
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment records
• Meet hiring targets within defined timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience as a field recruiter or similar role
• Fluency in the local language (Tamil) is mandatory
• Strong local contacts and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
• Good communication and coordination skills
