Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Contingent Workforce Management: Manage end-to-end processes for contingent staff, such as onboarding, offboarding and maintenance of the Contingent Masterfile.

2. HR Operations Support: Provide operational support across HR functions, including time and attendance management via systems like UKG Kronos. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system-related issues promptly.

3. Grievance Redressal: Address and resolve women employees grievances, ensuring timely support and fostering an inclusive workplace environment.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare Initiatives: Contribute to the design, implementation and execution of HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, productivity and retention, including creche management and welfare programs.


Mandatory Skills

1. Masters degree in MSW.

2. Experience in HR Operations, Statutory compliance and employee welfare, preferably in a manufacturing or large organisational setup.

3. Strong Knowledge of labour laws and statutory regulations.

4. Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and empathy.

6. Proficiency in HR management systems (e.g. UKG Kronos) and Microsoft office.
