Eligibility & Skills Required

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• 6 months 2 years of experience only in reputed advertising/digital-first agencies.
• Strong understanding of creative portfolios and ability to evaluate copywriting, design, branding, account management, media, SEO, and planning talent.
• Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring creative professionals across multiple roles.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other digital sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working from Lower Parel, Mumbai.
• Can join immediately or within 30 days.

Role Overview & Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines for creative, design, account, planning, media, and SEO roles.
• Engage candidates via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other portals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and assess portfolios effectively.
• Maintain organized documentation of candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
