Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive Talent Acquisition (Hiring Specialist) based in the Greater Kolkata Area. We are building a high performance team across marketing, operations, sourcing, and customer experience, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive whose only job is to hire great people quickly. This role will work directly with the founder and will be responsible for building the Glasafe team. Your only focus will be hiring.

You will build a fast hiring machine for roles across:

Graphic Designers

Operations

Customer Support

Supply Chain

Post jobs across LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala etc

Screen resumes quickly

Schedule interviews

Maintain candidate pipeline

Actively source candidates through:

LinkedIn

Naukri

Referrals

Hiring groups

Agencies (when required)

Conduct initial screening calls to check:

Role fit

Experience

Salary expectation

Culture fit

Schedule interviews with hiring managers

Maintain interview feedback

Ensure smooth hiring process

Maintain a weekly hiring dashboard

We are looking for someone who:

Has 14 years recruitment experience

Has hired for startups or D2C companies

Is extremely fast and organised

Can manage multiple hiring pipelines
