Role Summary:

Were looking for an energetic and tech-savvy HR Executive to join our fast-growing company. You will play a key role in building a high-performing, collaborative culture by driving end-to-end HR operations from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement, payroll, and compliances.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment, and is passionate about shaping a modern people experience.


Key Responsibilities

1.Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage full-cycle recruitment sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs.

Create and maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.

2. HR Operations

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, and F&F settlements with finance.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

Support internal communication and recognition programs.

4. Performance & Policy Support

Assist in performance management cycles, feedback collection, and data consolidation.

Maintain and update HR policies in alignment with organizational needs.

Support HR analytics and reporting for leadership reviews.


Education & Experience:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

12 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-growing organization.

Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll basics is a must.

Experience using HR tools or Excel-based HR dashboards preferred.


Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong ethics and confidentiality

Good understanding of HR technology tools and MS Excel.
