Job Description

Shara Circuits Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Executive to manage recruitment and employee management activities. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle HR operations efficiently in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
• Coordinate with internal teams for manpower planning
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and records
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR MIS
• Act as a bridge between management and employees
• Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations
• Assist in building a positive and professional work culture

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
• Good follow-up and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Any graduate (HR specialization is an advantage)
• Experience in HR/recruitment is a plus
• Immediate joiners preferred
