Position: HR Executive- Recruitment and Operations

Locations: Bangalore

Work Type: Onsite

Shift Timing:10 to 7 PM IST

Experience: 1 - 4 Years

Job Description:

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage both HR Operations and Recruitment activities.
• The role involves supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes, and assisting in talent acquisition to meet organizational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Post job openings on portals and social media platforms.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination.
• Manage offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding support.

HR Operations:

• Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management and appraisal process coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good coordination and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in staffing/IT/Corporate HR environment preferred
• Familiarity with HRMS or ATS tools is an advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred.
