Job Description

Biotastic Health Systems is Indias fastest-growing wellness & biohacking brand, offering advanced ice baths, saunas, and red-light therapy systems to gyms, wellness centres, athletes, and luxury homes. Were on a mission to build the Tesla of Wellness- and were looking for sharp, driven interns to help us expand our outreach across India.



Location: Chennai

Reporting: Fractional CHRO (Functional) / CEO




Role Purpose


This role focuses on hands-on recruitment execution to accelerate hiring for revenue and operations roles, while supporting HR operations during peak periods.



Key Responsibilities


TALENT ACQUISITION (PRIMARY 70%)


- Proactively source candidates through: Job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn sourcing, Local agencies and referrals

- Conduct structured screening calls

- Present shortlists with screening notes

- Coordinate interviews and feedback loops

- Manage offers and joining pipeline

- Track source-wise effectiveness



RECRUITMENT ANALYTICS & MARKET FEEDBACK (20%)


- Maintain recruitment dashboards

- Track time-to-hire and offer-to-join ratios

- Share market insights on salary and talent availability



HR SUPPORT (10%)


- Support onboarding and documentation

- Assist HR operations during high-volume hiring in future



What This Role Will NOT Do


  • Final hiring decisions
  • Compensation approvals
  • Behavioural or cultural judgement




EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION (MARKET)


Experience: 2 5 years in recruitment / talent acquisition

Education: MBA / PGDM / MSW (preferred)

Industry Preference: D2C, consumer products, manufacturing, wellness, healthcare, startups




SKILLS REQUIRED


Strong sourcing and screening skills

Market mapping capability

Stakeholder coordination

Data-driven recruitment mindset

Professional candidate communication

Evaluation after 6 months based on the following

MARKET COMPENSATION ( SMES & START-UP )


  • CTC Range: 4.5 8.5 LPA Depends on sourcing depth and closure capability
