We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of maintaining a positive workplace environment.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases.
• Monitor employee attendance and maintain HR reports.
• Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
• Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure basic HR compliance and documentation management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and administrative abilities
• Basic understanding of HR processes and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple HR tasks effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
