• Prepare routine productivity and performance reports.
• Maintain accuracy in performance records and documentation.
• Support transparency and accountability across departments.
• Work extensively with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
• Ensure consistent monitoring of output quality and performance benchmarks.
