We are looking for a motivated HR Executive / HR Manager (07 years experience) to join our growing team and help build strong HR processes while supporting recruitment and employee engagement.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with technical teams
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll and attendance coordination
• Ensure HR policy compliance and employee relations
• Organize employee engagement activities

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA in HR (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring and job portals

• Work with a growing technology and innovation-driven company
